Just B….

Good morning!  We made these cards at one of my club classes awhile back, but thought I might should share them with those of you not in my club.  Doesn’t it make you want to join my club when you see all these cute projects???  A new class starts in August when our new catalog is revealed!  Come join the fun and get the new catalog for FREE!   This stamp set is called “Just B”.  You stamp the large letter “B” and then you finish the phrase with other pieces in the set……things like B is for Baby, way to B, B yourself, and B is for birthday.  There are 9 combinations and 2 images of a flower and a bee.  This card also uses our NEW FLower Fusion felt flowers.  There are more than 130 individual flowers in a cute little metal tin.  I love the packaging as much as the flowers!  They sell for $14.95.  The stamp set mentioned about is on page 140 of the catalog and sells for $27.95.

Supplies used:  Just B, Flower Fusion Flowers, Bali Breeze paper (card on the right) and Cutie Pie paper (card on the left), Cardstock:  Purely Pomegranate, Bashful Blue, Whisper White, Tempting Turqoise;  Ribbon:  Bashful Blue and Tempting Turqoise narrow grosgrain; Ink:  Purely Pomegranate, Tempting Turquoise, Bashful Blue.

On a personal note, Charles is having surgery tomorrow to try and correct an arrhythmia problem in his heart.  I will try to update everyone on his condition as time allows.  Please say prayers that all will go well and that the doctors are able to correct this problem quickly and easily.  We are estimated to be in surgery for 5-6 hours.  We are very anxious to get this all done.  Thanks in advance for your prayers!

Love, Dawn

  1. Dawn,
Sarah looks so cute in her glasses. I remember when my daughter got her glasses. She was in Kindergarten and cried because she could not bring the glasses home that day, she wanted them so badly.

You and your family will be in our prayers tomorrow. I know Charles will be in good hands and things will go well. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help out.

Please put my name down for the Tart and Tangy class. I may be a few minutes late to class, but will catch myself up. I have to work at a Conference that day until 6:00.

  2. Dawn,

Please tell Charles that my family and I are praying for you both and for the doctors for will be with Charles in surgery. I pray that your anxiety is calmed while you wait. Take something to work on!

Again, tell Sarah I love her glasses. I remember when I got my first pair in 2nd grade…. well, they were baby blue. We won’t go there. She looks very grown up!!

Please let me know if I can do anything for your family during the next few days. I love your family so much!!!

  3. I’ll be praying for ya’ll tomorrow.
