UPS delivered today!!!

Yes……my box came!  I have been so excited all week, and the UPS man was right on time!  I have all the new In Color Collection now!!!  I have a couple of new stamp sets, too, and they are DIE CUT……all of the new stamp sets are DIE CUT!!!  So, I was able to assemble them in less than 5 minutes and get busy!  Here are 3 VERY QUICK samples that I threw together.  I will play some more late tonight after I get the baby asleep.  I made these cards using samples from Splitcoast Stampers.  I cased the “template” but changed the colors and the stamps to fit my new products.

First of all….here are the colors as photographed in my office:

Left to right:  Baja Breeze, Kiwi Kiss, Pacific Point, Pink Pirouette, Riding Hood Red, Tangarine Tango.  All of the colors are bold and bright except for the pink, of course.   I tried to use my limited skills and type the names on top of the colors, saved it, and it is lost in cyberspace.  I’ll edit this later if I have time!  On to the cards……

This card is made with Kiwi Kiss, Pink Pirouette, and Riding Hood Red.  It also used the new Scallop Edge Punch (gotta have this one, ladies!) and the new Bella Designer Series Paper.  The verse is from Refuge and Strength.  The original “template” came from Michele Force’s Blog.

This card used the Bella paper (the Chocolate Chip dotted paper) and the new colors Baja Breeze, and Pink Pirouette — along with Chocolate Chip.  The words are from All Holidays, and the flowers are from Ginormous Flowers.   This card template came from Kristina  Werner.  The pink is very soft and sweet, but didn’t photograph too well.  Those who know me well, know that pink is my favorite color, so it was just fitting for this to be my first card made!

This card was an attempt to use the other colors from the In Color Collection and I didn’t copy anyone!  Aren’t you proud of me?   This card uses Tangarine Tango, Pacific Point, and Baja Breeze.  The ribbon on the card is actually the Soft Sky ribbon (about to retire) but it matched up pretty nicely.  The Baja Breeze is a little darker in real life.  This stamp set is called Blooming with Love.  I used my blender pens and my new stamp pads to color the images.

So, that is it for now………in a hurry to get some other stuff done, but I will post more tonight, or first thing in the morning!  Can’t wait to stamp some more!!!
