More new samples…

Good morning!  I managed to squeeze in a tiny, tiny bit of stamping last night.  These were very quick cards, but I think they turned out really cute.  You can tell that I like my punches when I am in a hurry!

These cards ALL use Window Dressing (a Level 3 Hostess Set) and Heard from the Heart (a new stamp set that you will be able to purchase in the new catalog).  They also use the new In Color collection — which I am quickly getting used to.  Amazing how quick I can forget about those “old colors” and move right on!  I can’t wait for the rest of the matching products…….ribbon, DSP, and who knows what else? I hope Stampin’ Up! has some really big surprises in store for me!

This “wishes” card also used the Bella Rose Designer Series Paper and Pink Taffeta Ribbon.

This “kindness” card also uses Polka Dot Background Stamp and Chocolate Twill Ribbon (the ribbon is no longer available……maybe in the new catalog???)

This “christmas” card also features a small snowflake stamp from the “Short and Sweet” stamp set, white grosgrain ribbon, and red gingham ribbon.  Looking back on it, I wish I would have stamped the words in black…….they don’t show up as well as I would like them to.  Sorry!

This “happiness” card shows off yet another pattern in the Bella Rose DSP and pink narrow grosgrain ribbon.

The images are from Window Dressing and the 4 verses are from “Heard From the Heart”.

Remember the “Surprise Party” I mentioned???  Well, it was for an “adopted grandmother” at our church.  We have been super close to them since our girls were babies.  They mean so much to us!  She just retired from Baylor, so we had a Retirement Party for her.  She was totally surprised, caught “off guard” and could not believe that we pulled it off!  Here is a photo of her and her daughter.  Happy retirement!!!

 Diane and her daughter, Devin

 Malachi enjoyed the party, too!
