Beautiful Wings “Sorry” card

Hello friends!  I’m headed out of town this weekend for a fun time scrapbooking with some of my favorite customers.  I’m so glad they invited me, and now that the baby is gone, I could use a little time away and some laughter.  They are promising to entertain me all weekend and not let me cry!  I have already prepared a new post for Monday since Allyson and I will be going to Hardin-Simmons University for our college visit.  Make sure you come back to see my post on Monday — I’m sure you will like the new idea as much as I did!

Here is another “sympathy” type of card…….or maybe just a “sorry” card for something else…….but I had sympathy in mind since I keep needing to send them.  Sad, but true!

I was also really excited to use my new Sizzlits Embosslits Die called “Beautiful Wings”.  I really resisted buying this for the past 3 months.  I just did think I needed it.  But, alas, I kept finding more and more and more samples using it on the internet and I broke down!  I ordered it and now I love it!  It embosses and cuts out 4 butterflies each time.  I punched out 5 different colors and saved all the extras in a little baggie for my next creative session.  I am loving these little tiny butterflies for a big, big accent on my card!
