Leadership in Nashville Part 1

Good morning friends!  Leadership officially ended last night at 10 p.m. and we had two extremely long, action-packed days!  We had very educational Leadership classes, lots of fantastic prize give-aways, and delicious meals!  I took hundreds of photos of cards, projects, and digital designs.  But here are a few photos of the smiles…

Maria and I at one of MANY beautiful spots at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel.

I was blessed to get to meet my “internet” blogging friend Jackie Wright for the first time!  We created cards together at our table for the Ronald McDonald House Charities.  She was my “inspiration” as I used her card idea as a springboard for our tables’ contest creation.  (We didn’t win)  We had to create using only very limited (and mostly retired) supplies in our boxes.  It was hard!

Me, Jen, and Maria with some more cards for Ronald McDonald houses.

Dear friend Sharon Armstrong from Allen — always a big treat to get to see her at SU Events!

More giveaways for ALL Leadership attendees!  This time we got fabric, buttons, and digital downloads…….loved getting more fabric 🙂

Jen and I were ready to do our Make and Takes……but we were getting tired!  We did them from 7-10 p.m. after a full day of classes and a huge dinner…

Jen and Maria have January birthdays so they got their “official” birthday card and coupon from Stampin’ Up! at Leadership on Thursday.  All demonstrators will get these in 2011 during their birthday month…..I’ll have to wait for May!

My color group (Melon Mambo) won this prize……the Spinners and the matching stamp set from the Mini Catalog.  More freebies — love the generosity of Stampin’ Up!

Well, we have our last day together today, so I better get off the computer and dressed for some exploring Nashville.  We have some shopping to do…..and some more eating!  ha!
