A trip to the Haunted House…

I remember going to a few Haunted Houses as a kid.  Now that I have kids of my own, I can’t even begin to torture them like that.  I know some people really like them.  But I haven’t been to any as an adult — and I don’t plan on starting now!  But how about a CUTE little Haunted House card?  This is all done in fun — and of course copied from another amazing post.  Details can be found HERE — a demonstrator named Sharon that I happened upon.  I really like her projects, and I’m sure you will, too.

Isn’t this another neat way to use the Core’dinations paper?  The wood grain looks fantastic on this haunted house!  The window frames are the 1 1/4″ square punch.

But the neatest thing about this card is the bat.  The bat is made with the new Butterfly Punch.  First, you punch out the butterfly and then you use a 1/2″ circle punch to make the scallops at the bottom of the bat.  Lastly, take very sharp Paper Snips and cut 2 tiny little “v” shapes to make the bat’s ears.  Click HERE to go to the details on making the bat.  Amazing!  Not sure how people figure these things out……but I’m glad they are smarter than me!
