Special Celebrations Banner Card

Today’s card is another one of my Stamp Club cards.  We are having class tonight, and I’m featuring some new stamps sets and new colors that Stampin’ Up! has recently introduced in their new 2017-2018 Annual Catalog.  I received inspiration for this card from Pinterest, it is NOT an original.  Life is too crazy these days for me to spend alot of time creating original designs.  I enjoy the process of cardmaking, but more often…

Time for Graduation Cards!

It’s time to create some graduation cards and send well wishes to the “Class of 2017” graduates!   I found some inspiration on Pinterest, so I can’t claim this idea entirely, but I am using different color schemes to coordinate with the school colors in our area.  This one was created for a customer order for one of my coworkers.  She loved it, and I hope it will give you some inspiration, also! If you…

Valentine’s Day Card #6

Just a little note…….to let everyone know that Valentine’s Day is almost here!  Mail your hand-made cards out and tell them you love them!  Today’s card is super sweet!  There’s something about that teeny tiny envelope that gets me every time!  I punched the little hears out with the Confetti punch and carefully applied them to the card with Stampin’ Up! Fine Tip Glue.   It is a little tedious to do the little hearts……and…

Hello, My Friend

Stampin’ Up’s annual Sale-A-Bration has begun, and this is one of my favorite stamps!  Such a simple little word, in a sweet little font, with such great potential to brighten someone’s day!  When I plan my classes, I work hard to make sure my gals are constantly using new products and new techniques that they haven’t purchased, or perhaps overlooked in the catalog.  I must confess, even I had overlooked the Happy Patterns stencils that you…

Herringbone DSP Cards

These cards today were made by my daughter Allyson using the same technique as the cards posted yesterday.  She decided to cover the entire card front with strips of DSP.  The strips are 1/4″ and 1/2″.  Don’t you love how beautiful they are?  And they show off the new DSP collections so well!   She used the English Garden and Pretty Petals Designer Series Papers. I forgot to show you this sample of how the…
