More Stamp Camp Samples

Hello gang!  I am officially ready for the Stamp Camp Friday night!   All paper is cut and ready!  This has been a long week, but VBS is almost over.  I have had 5 little one-year olds to keep each day, and they have been so, so precious.  I made each one of them a wooden frame with their initial in chipboard on it.  I took pictures of them outside on the playground Wednesday and put a cute photo in…

Stamp Camp Cards (sneak peek!)

Here is a little sneak peek at 2 of the cards for Friday night’s class…….and I hope you like them!  Bothe of these cards are “cased” from other blogs.  I am not sure where the first one came from — I am so sorry!  But the second one is an idea from Michele Force.   I still have openings, so please e-mail me if you’d like to come.  You will make 2 more cards and one 3-D…

Summer Days Tote

This is a simple little tote made with one 12×12 sheet of paper.  The tote has 2 pouches that can be filled with small notecards.  I first saw this idea on Jackie’s Blog and her blog will lead you to other samples, as well.  I really enjoyed this idea!  Don’t you love it?  I used the Summer Days Simply Scrappin’ Kit to hurriedly create this sample and it was the easiest ever!  It takes…

The lucky winner is…

Sara Brown!!!  I am so happy to have received so many comments!  Thanks to all of you……and be on the look-out for more fun stuff like this.  I have so much “stuff” that I don’t know what to do with all of it, so I figure I might as well give it away!  I also decided to do a “runner-up” (since I have so many cards sitting around), so Lydia Ramirez was the second name…

Thank Ewe!!!

I feel so very, very thankful tonight.  I feel like I should start a huge list of things to be thankful for so that I can look at it over and over again!!  In one day alone, we have had numerous things happen in which to be thankful.  I give all glory and praise to God!!! I wanted to share one last part of the equation from today.  As we were leaving the hospital about…

Graduation (again!)

Yes, this is the “official” graduation week, but now it is all over!  My neice graduated from a local school last night, a very LARGE local school, so we were very late getting home.  I usually work on the blog late at night before I go to bed, but I was too tired last night!  I am thankful for the last day of school (yesterday) and all the graduations are over!  Summer is officially…

Graduation Card

Good morning!  Yesterday was Lindsey’s Middle School graduation.  She is now an “official” high school student!  I am feeling a bit older today, now that I have TWO high school kids!  This card was made for Lindsey and I am making a few more (in the appropriate school colors) for my neice and some other friends.  I used some chipboard stars, colored them with White Craft Ink, and added the rhinestone brads for a feminine…

Club Class Projects

As promised……..here are the projects from last night!  We had a blast, as usual, and had a delicious dessert called an Apple Nut Ring.  Thanks Sherry!!!!  Project #1 was a miniature Composition Book embellished with a chipboard flower.  We inked the flower with Old Olive Craft Ink and embossed it with Clear Embossing Powder.   The paper is from Summer Picnic in the Mini Catalog.   The photo makes the flower look very dark, but in real…

Button Border

Ok…….so this isn’t the cheapest card to produce (unless you have alot buttons sitting around!) but I thought it was such a great layout!  I got this idea from Maria when I was in Florida and she actually got it from her upline Tami………gotta give credit where it is due!  So, I copied it and brought it home to show my gang!  It is a really neat card, they way it showcases…
